Over the years, he invited several conceptual artists, like Lawrence Weiner, Terry Fox, Hans van Houwelingen and herman de vries, to design a stone to be placed on this platform. herman de vries sent in reply a telegram with the text 'here & everywhere' which was cut in stone and laid in the platform |
