medium: hand-labeled case containing 12 sheets of paper of which 1 sheet with on the front title, artist, edition and editor in handwritten graphite pencil and on the reverse a list of the geographical origins of the earth samples + 1 sheet of Japanese paper with the word 'red' translated in 6 languages (German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Danish and Greek), followed by 10 sheets with samples of red earth pigments from Pfaffenreuth (Stiftland), Alcora - Spain, Solignac, Masif Central - France, Montaña Colourada on El Hierro and at a weird place (lomo loco) and at the Laguna Grande on La Gomera (Canary Islands) - Spain, Cap Bon - Tunesia, Wadi Rum - Jordan, Jutland - Denmark and Katsouni on Leros - Greece; gray cardboard case with title, artist and editor printed on label (black ink)
